Came across this video on you tube the other day .. This group of talented dancers made their own video to Beyonce's End of time (A favourite of mine) from her album 4 .. i really like the story that the video portrays as well as keeping with the island vibe the song already has it's not yet know if Beyonce will release a video for this song but if she doesn't this would be a wonderful substitute well done to them !

Rapper bow wow took to his website to address his situation regarding his new born daughter on his website offical bow wow today .. i personally think this was very noble of him and from the letter i have a sort of admiration for him as his main condern is not what people think or say but his daughter and any one can see that is the making of a great father A time's things like this make me feel sorry for people in the public eye as they continually have to justification their life .. he also has a documentary coming out called who is shad moss ( Trailer Below ) which should be interesting and if not mistaken their is a gimps of him & his daughter in the clip all i can say is congratulations

Tomorrow is my last day of my first year at college I truly can’t believe how quickly this year has gone feels like just yesterday i was worrying about Gcse and fussing over prom dresses .this year feels like a bit of a blur not much has happened but neither the less it’s had its ups and downs. Getting used to my new surroundings and peers was a bit of a challenge as well as dealing with my whole self esteem/ image which i haven’t overcome yet but I’m starting to deal with STARTING ! out of all the many people I’ve encounter this year i don’t feel that I’ve met people i’d seriously consider friends not that it was a goal of mine in fact I think I made a point of being anti social to be 100% education( not sure that quite worked) even though i did focus way more than in previous years I don’t feel like I’ve put enough effort in to be confident that I’ll be able to even progress on to next year .but then again this could be very well just be pre exam result nerves .who knows. But this year has taught me quite a lot and this little bubble I’ve been in last 10 years has just about burst . I’ve been introduced into different concepts whether that’s through things I’ve learnt in the subjects i study or the people I’ve met ,new music I’ve listen to or just different interests that have surfaced .as a whole i think this has changed my outlook not drastically but just opened my eyes a little wider than before .

RIP Michael Jackson

R.I.P Micheal Jackson one of the worlds greatest musical artists he inspired & touched so many with his music can't quite believe it's been two years since he passed away his music continues to live on and touch lives. I have so many memories of him even though i did not see the full length of his career I'm so grateful i've been able to listen to it and i have no doubt that he will inspire many many more generations to come..

One month until I'm here :D i really can't wait for summer just to be free sleeping until midday no 9am starts basically being a bum for a couple of weeks pure bliss

i always create these aspirations of things i want to happen those summer evenings with friends .. days out and basically making memories but in reality the never happen so I think I'm going to take this one as it comes

So college is nearly over and i'm still in shock at how quickly my first year of college has gone and with this comes my feelings towards my exam results & whether i'll actually be able to move on to next year :S but i cant change what's done now so all i can do is hope and pray for the best but expect the worse !

Listening to bits and pieces from beyonce's up coming album 4 and Leak or no leak it's going to be a hit ! The songs are wooh I think this could be her best album yet ! one of her songs schoolin' life has me singing into my hair brush infront of my mirror at 12 in the morning!!!! looking forward to hearing the full version go bey !

Well hello there ;) LOL recently came across some of these pictures of swizz beatz in the summer issue of paper magazine floating around the internet and i've got to say he look's goood !

Sri Lanka's Killing Field

about a week ago i watched a documentary showing some of the horrors that occured during the civil war in sri lanka .. i was actually unaware of the civil war until watching this and it left me lost for words , the horror that was inflicted upon the tamil people was hurrendous much of which had me close to tear's . The innocent people many of which were just mere children where excuted and slaughter in an such a inhumane way that you would not even imagine women raped and then murdered and left naked horiffic .one of the things that stuck out to me was the elderly man & a group of people gathered out side the UN compound who practically begged the UN workers to stay :

"We are begging you to stay and witness our suffering. If we allow you to leave, the truth is that everyone here will die. The knife is at our throat.

And Sadly this is what probably happened my question is why was there no international intervention ? was it because sri lanka had no resources that any other country could exploit ? So they were not worth saving ? Also why wasn't the civil war publicised more i don't recall seeing it on the news

Although it wasnt the most plesant thing to watch i'm greatful to channel 4 for showing the documentary as it has raised awareness & i hope sri lanka is able to rebuild it's self my prayers are with you

so everybody remebers "Fat Joe" ignore the pun for his weight but he decided to lose weight for what seems to be the right reasons and well done to him .. he looks completely different and in his first interview he makes some really interesting points as obesity is one of the worlds biggest killers glad to see someone in the public eye promoting something healthy and using their influence for good
